Q: Why is SuccessFactors Employee Appraiser being sunset?
A: There are several reasons why this makes the most sense for our overall customer base. With many newer versions of SuccessFactors Performance Management systems, it has become increasingly difficult and costly to provide service and updates for all older versions. We want to ensure that were focusing our resources on maintaining and making improvements to our newer versions of SuccessFactors, which are being used by the majority of our customers. This policy enables us to continue making essential improvements to SuccessFactors services and helps to ensure that we can offer the highest quality support for our current products.

Q: Can I continue using SuccessFactors Employee Appraiser?
A: You may continue to use Employee Appraiser after the sunset. However, please note that technical support will only be available through 12/31/10.

Q: Can I buy more copies of SuccessFactors Employee Appraiser?
A: We recommend you move to one of SuccessFactors other Performance Management solutions for your needs going forward. A consultant is ready to assist you at (800) 809-9920. You may download more copies of Employee Appraiser if you are an existing Employee Appraiser user on or before 12/31/10. However, please note the important limitations below.

IMPORTANT: Please note that Employee Appraiser is only tested to work within the system requirements below. Employee Appraiser and Employee Appraiser Deluxe have not been tested for compatibility with other operating systems nor will they be updated to support other operating systems going forward. If you would like to install Employee Appraiser on a computer with a more recent operating system, please be aware that we cannot guarantee compatibility. Please also note that technical support will be available through 12/31/10.
